I am writing a quick note of thanks for the help yesterday with a line clean-out at our hoe in Wakefield, RI.

The entire process was super easy: the initial call to Devon, to having the truck and crew on-site the same day is exceptional customer service.

Both Andrew his co-worker (Initials CB, I'm forgetting his name but may have been Cameron?) did a professional job, were respectful and thorough at each part of the project.

We will have WRS back on-site for any and all future work.

When my kitchen starting gurgling every time the toilet was flushed, I knew that there was a problem.  I called Wood's Rooter from Riverside, RI.  I called the latter part of Friday, and an appointment was made for 10 am.  They arrived on time, got straight to work, and worked all afternoon........and would be coming back on Sunday.  That Saturday night, the rains came pouring down, and I was getting sewage in the basement........I called at 11:30 pm, and to my delight Steve, the father, came over and helped to solve the problem.  He wouldn't leave until the situation was solved.  There was no extra charge for this midnight service.   This company is so professional and knowledgeable!  I couldn't be more happy with their service! End of story:  I have a claim against the city because it was the city's sewer problem that caused the back-up!

The best sewer cleaning company by far!  I was experiencing a major back up into my basement apartment.  I called Wood's Rooter and ***** *** and **** showed up with in just a few minutes.  I could not believe how fast the response was.  Their service was excellent and price was more than fair.  I would highly recommend to anyone who has a drainage problem.

I called this business after my plumbing backed up.  The price quoted was very reasonable, and turned out to be the best price of all the vendors I contacted.   It's a family-owned business, which means their name is their reputation.  The two gentlemen that showed up were the owner's son and brother-in-law.  I couldn't have found two more thorough and determined professionals if I tried.   They worked extremely hard to fix the problem, which turned out to be bigger than anyone would have anticipated.  Even when the problem seemed to be fixed, they insisted on going a few extra steps to be sure.   I would DEFINITELY use this company in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone who would need this type of service.

Tree roots invaded my pipe drain going to the city sewer, Wood's Rooter came out and took care of getting the roots out and then offered a product called Root X. I would definitely give them a call for your drain or pipe issues, glad I did

We had another company come twice and the drain clog was never cleared. We then found Wood's Rooter. Great service came out quickly and cleared out the drain but told us to call them if anything wasn't quite right. They weren't sure what was going on but I called and they came almost immediately and used the camera, problem found, problem solved and in a short time. Extremely nice to deal with and explained the problem and some possible solutions. We were so pleased and will always call them. This company gets 5 stars from us and thank you so much for the prompt and courteous service.

THANK YOU TO WOOD’S ROOTER SERVICE! I had big drain problems after being in my new house for only 5 days. WRS came quickly and worked so hard from the time they began until the problems were fixed. All the guys were genuinely concerned and determined to fix the issues, explain it all to me, and even give me pointers to keep my system running smoothly. Great guys, great pricing, and great work! Last night Devin and Jeremy came out at 9:30 to clean out the main drain of my home. The roots they pulled out was jaw dropping. Both where kind, knowledgeable, clean, professional and pleasant. Tree roots took over my sewer line causing a major overflow into my finished basement. Derick came right out to the house to assess the situation and get the roots out. He's very knowledgeable and has a great personality! He's my go to guy now anytime I have an issue!!!

I cannot say enough about Wood's Rooter Service! Had a sewer smell in a house I had purchased which only occurred periodically. During recent renovations, I had had two other plumbing companies in the house and no one was able to solve the problem. But Wood's did! They were able to determine that there was some "unusual" plumbing runs in a downstairs bathroom which were allowing septic system gases to be pulled into the house. I am so thankful they found the problem and fixed it the next day for an amazing price. Cannot thank them enough!

Andrew and Devin were great. They used their pipe inspection camera to extensively view the internal works of my drainage system and showed me how it was in very good condition. They also used a water bladder system to clean out a lengthy difficult small pipe, always explaining what they were doing before proceeding, why, and offering friendly suggestions on maintenance. I laugh when I think that I had considered doing some snaking myself for years and these guys checked everything out in no time. And the charges were very fair. Having an older iron pipe system, I was concerned it was deteriorating, however, Andrew and Devin made sure I was satisfied and comfortable with the knowledge I have a fully functioning drain network with many, many more years of service left.
