The Cured-In Place Lining Process
To perform cured-in-place pipe lining, we attach a felt liner to a puller head and deploy it through an existing pipe access point. The puller head travels through the pipe, placing the liner in the correct position. We then insert a curing element, such as heat, steam, or a blue UV light to cure the resin within the felt liner. Within one to two hours, the resin cures, and we restore water service to the pipe.
What Sets This Method Apart
Cured-in-place pipe lining makes use of an existing manhole or clean-out port, and no digging is required at any stage of the repair. CIPP prevents leaks and groundwater intrusion in all types of pipes. It works on residential and commercial pipes up to 60 inches in diameter. As there is virtually no need to excavate your property to perform CIPP pipe lining, we offer this repair service all year long. The cured liner provides a 30-year lifespan.
Benefits of CIPP Lining
CIPP lining creates a smooth interior. With no dents or crevices, the restored pipe won't have anywhere for debris or mineral scale to stick. The seamless interior prevents leaks and tree root intrusion. CIPP lining only requires a few hours to complete, so you can resume your usual household or business activities on the same day. Since no trenches are required, you won't have to find someone to restore your landscaping or replace your sidewalk, driveway, or parking lot.
